Certified Arborist
Full-TimeWe're looking for an ISA-certified arborist to join our growing team. You'll lead tree assessments, oversee removals and pruning jobs, and ensure all work meets ANSI A300 standards.
- ISA Certification required
- Valid TX driver's license
- 3+ years field experience
- Strong customer communication skills
Tree Climber / Groundsman
Full-TimeJoin our crew as a tree climber or groundsman. You'll work alongside our arborists on residential and commercial jobs — trimming, removals, and stump grinding.
- Experience with climbing gear preferred
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to learn and grow
Equipment Operator
Full-TimeOperate chippers, stump grinders, and other heavy equipment as part of our field crew. Maintain equipment and assist with job site cleanup.
- Experience operating tree care equipment
- CDL preferred but not required
- Safety-first mindset
- Reliable and punctual
Customer Service Representative
Full-TimeBe the first voice our customers hear. You'll handle inbound calls, schedule estimates, follow up with leads, and support our field teams from the office.
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Experience with CRM software a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Passion for customer satisfaction
